Mobile View - Terms of Service

• We are members of the Western Cape Tourism board and thus qualified guides conduct all our chartered tours.
• All passengers are covered by comprehensive public liability insurance.
• All group activities require confirmation and payment within 10 days before the event (especially where catering facilities are required).
• Payments for services are to be made directly into our banking account.
• Currently, to carry a wheelchair, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to facilitate the request.
• Mobile View, its servants and agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person or his or her luggage or other personal property, whatever the same shall occur and whether the same shall arise from or be occasioned by the negligence of Mobile View their servants or agents or other persons directly or indirectly in the employment of the service of Mobile View or under any circumstances whatsoever.
